From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by an atmosphere that expertly blends traditional Indian elements with a warm, inviting feel.
Many customers rave about the tikka masala chicken, a dish that captivates with its rich, creamy sauce, expertly seasoned to perfection. John Comes noted that this was his first encounter with Indian food, and he was pleasantly surprised by the flavors, complementing the dish with the exceptional garlic naan. The naan's fluffy exterior and perfect garlic infusion elevate your meal, making it a must-try.
The restaurant’s friendly staff is another highlight, often praised for their attentiveness and humor. As LaMarr Smith remarked, the warm service adds to the overall experience, making customers feel genuinely welcomed. And for those looking for a personal touch, Afton Anagnostu shared her delightful experiences where the owner recognized her on her return visits, adding a touch of familiarity to each dining adventure.
Bombay Kitchen doesn’t only serve up delicious mains; their dessert rolls have also caught the attention of many, with Jerry Dunne Sr expressing his eagerness to indulge in them again after his first experience. The ability to choose your protein and sauce allows for a customizable meal, which keeps patrons returning for more—like Corbin Fleming-Dittenber, who enjoyed the butter chicken and samosa platter that left him eager to explore more menu offerings.
Don’t miss out on their twist on traditional dishes, reminiscent of India’s vibrant street food culture, which Carol Diegel found particularly appealing. This unique blend of traditional recipes and modern creativity makes every visit an exciting culinary adventure. Be prepared for a bit of a wait, but as many have noted, the flavors are well worth it.
For spice lovers, the vindaloo curry, as praised by Anayia Mathis, promises a fiery kick that will leave your taste buds tingling. And if you're in the mood for something refreshing, their organic strawberry margarita is another fantastic offering not to be missed. It’s the perfect complement to your meal, adding a burst of fruity bliss amidst the rich spices.

“ The only reason the food is not a 5 star is because this is my first time trying Indian food and first of all it did not disappoint, amazing!! but I have so much more to try! The tikka masala chicken was amazing, but nothing could beat that garlic naan! The service and atmosphere without a doubt gets 5 stars the staff is extremely nice and got our food to us fast! They were very friendly and it was great talking with them! I will definitely be back. ”
“ Extremely good food! My friend took me here once I got back into Toledo and I was not disappointed. Our server was also very friendly and comedic, would recommend! ”
“ Most amazing Indian food and the staff/ owner is amazing love that she knows us when we came back to eat and talked us through what to order each time for a very personal experience. Will definitely be going back. ”
“ Food was delicious! My first experience with Indian Food (gave us tasters for sauce choice , great idea!) Indian food is my new hit! I do not know what the desert rolls were but I could eat a bucket full of them. I think we got the #65 sauce. Kind of a combo mix type -you pick a sauce, a protein bread rice . I got a Medium size but truthfully I took plenty home, a small is plenty. The waitress was outstanding. I told her I had never hleaten Indian food and she was super helpful and attentive. (Wonderful job!) Loved the Lamb Samosas appetizers ! Pizza was as good as it looked. I will have to look the menu over (can't pronounce or remember the name of the bowl except it has #65 sauce (btw I would considered mild as medium-spicy ) They seem to do quite a bit of carryout. Very nice quiet, clean and organized. No complaints or critiques Thank you Bombay staff. ”
“ Food was very tasty and everything came out hot and fresh. I got butter chicken and the samosa party platter and it was all great. The aloo chicken samosas were great with the red chutney! The staff was very friendly and accommodating for our large group. The gulab jamin was also amazing, it was my first time trying the dessert. ”
